Giving My Brother Some Words Of Wisdom

When my brother started his law firm he was having trouble running his business and being a lawyer. I suggested he hirer someone to oversee his office so he can concentrate on the courtroom. He was totally against that he said that he didn’t open his business to have someone else run it. He wanted to have full control over his own business. I told him that he’s a great lawyer but he needed to learn how to be a great executive. Then I suggested he invents in a few executive book summaries. I told him that they should help him to get on the right track so he could set his practice in order.
