Home Mortgage Lenders not Helping Some Borrowers

It is a sad fact that in today’s troubled economy that many homeowners are at risk of losing their homes. In this regard, home mortgage lenders are not making any friends among the people that need them the most. Due to severe home value decreases coupled with a poor employment picture and home loan payments that have skyrocketed on adjustable rate mortgage adjustment increases, thousands across the US have missed making their monthly home mortgage payments. Unfortunately for those in this position, home mortgage lenders have turned away from helping to modify their home loans for the most part. Lets hope the government can figure a way to help these homeowners soon.
