By admin | August 17, 2010
Italian food like pizza, pasta, garlic bread, gnocchi, cappuccion, espresso, foccacia, etc are popular worldwide. These Italian Recipes are so loved and liked that many parts of the world have special restaurants dedicated only to them. For example, popular pizza parlours like Pizza Hut, Dominos and cafes like Starbucks, Tim Hortons, etc serve Italian food paired with a casual ambiance. The authentic preparation methods of these Italian recipes is lost and most restaurants develop recipes to suit the local taste, this inturn results in variations which are usually calorie and fat laden.
