Restaurant Installs New Dish Machine

I happen to be working the day that the commercial cleaners put in the new dish machine in the restaurant kitchen. Washing the dishes was my main job so I needed to know how to use the newer model. The restaurant owners stopped in to see how it worked. We filled it with the dirty dishes, added the cleaning products, and set the machine accordingly. It was finished quickly and the dishes looked great. It has a double rack which is nicer than the single rack machine that we used to have. I told the owners that I really liked the new dish machine.
