Back Pain

Exercise is a great way that I have found to help with my lower back pain left side problem. I am not one to exercise everyday for two to three hours like some people my age do but I do some moderate exercise to keep my back from not tightening up and since I have started doing this my back pain isn’t completely gone but it has helped keep my back from locking up as much as it did before I started. You have you have to keep in mind that it is a slow process and can’t expect alot to happen all at once.
