Last To Lose Belly Fat

There was a recent contest here in the area that was a spin-off from a national television show. It was called the biggest loser and a lot of people got together from all over and joined a team. We all helped raise money for a charity as well as get healthy together. I am proud to say that I was the overall winner of our community effort and now I have a lot of excess skin that I am trying to lose as well. Is there a way to lose belly fat that is left over from a major weight loss program?
