Home Loan for My Dream House

Every day I am on my way home I drive by this certain house. It is my all time favorite house on the entire Eastside. I have been waiting for this House to go on sale for 10 years. The owners are finally moving out. I now have been given the opportunity to purchase the home of my dreams. My only concern is whether or not I will qualify for a home loan. I know that many banks have tightened their restrictions on qualifying for a loan. Since, this process is new to me I was not sure what it was going to take. However, I am willing to start the process in order to get my dream house.
