Location when Building
By admin | August 22, 2010
The most important factor is location; Then what is within my budget. When looking to purchase/build a new home my husband and I first and foremost want a location convenient to us – we want one close to where he works but also within walking distance of amenities like supermarkets and entertainment. After that, we want something within our budget and not likely to go over it. Deciding to build or buy is largely based on economic situations; building is preferred but requires an alternate location to live in nearby. It also requires the land to be suitable, without much work required to level it and begin work. Also a workable Architect Blueprints design which is also within the budget. Buying is relatively simple in comparison. Buying factors include the quality of the building and amount of work needed to do compared to the amount it costs and the overall budget.
