Neighbor Decides to Insulate His Home with Spray Foam After Watching Application Process

My next door neighbor recently had his house insulated. Since it was my day off, I watched the entire process from beginning to end. He hired a local company to do the application. I was really impressed by the workmen who showed up promptly at 8:00 AM and began the job. They were very conscientious of the neighboring property and careful not to block any one’s driveway. It was very interesting to see how the application process works. I went next door and asked my neighbor why he decided to use spray foam insulation. He said it was the best insulation available today and would save him money in the long run. Also they are planning to turn the attic into a bedroom for their son and it needed to be insulated before they could proceed. By the time the job was complete, I had asked for an estimate on the cost of insulating our house.
