The Sellers Agreed to Fix This

We decided on this home because it was close to my husband’s work. I work from home, so it was not an issue with me. The home features a nice basement. We had the home inspector come in and check for any problems, before we purchased this house. He explained to us how to stop water leaking in basement and we were happy that it was not going to cost a lot of money. When we went back to the negotiation table, to our surprise, the sellers agreed to fix the issue. We are happy with everything now. I am glad that closing was easy.
