A Day in Court

My sister called me up a few weeks back, and she told me that she had some pretty big news. I asked her what was going on, and she told me that her boyfriend had recently gotten in a little fender bender, and the other person that was involved is pressing charges. She said that it was a whiplash claim, and she was worried that he would have to pay for the damages. I told her that it was unlikely that the other person would be able to prove that they did indeed have whiplash, since it can be a difficult thing to show.
