What airline passengers need to know about their rights

Many people fly to different countries using the local and international airline companies without knowing their right and what they should expect as customer satisfaction both during and after the flight. This has led to poor management of service providers due to lack of information from the consumer side. Many passengers do not understand the fact that once you get a ticket from an airline company that is an agreement that you have signed. The company has to ensure that your flight is on time and at the date stated on the ticket. If not, there are some repercussions that would follow. All passengers should know their consumer airline rights, this can be through reading the rights or rules and regulations at the back of the receipt on the issuing date. If only airline passengers would strictly follow the rules and regulations that bind them and their service providers then there would be efficiency in services rendered.
