When it comes to pashminas for weddings, normally cream, gold, white or off-white colours are good for wedding receptions if you’re wearing a bridesmaid outfit. But of course it will depend on the colour of your outfit, ultimately. Above all, bring along a pashmina that is lightweight, thinner material. Much easier to put away in your handbag and looks more elegant as a thin shawl if the weather does get colder. Thicker pashminas tend to look bulky and awkward which isn’t the look you want to achieve. Just make sure you bring a handbag so you can put away your pashmina if you need to.
