Just kicking back and enjoying the sunshine

After checking in to our rotorua accommodation we decided to head out and go for a wander around the city to see what was going happening. There seemed to be lots of people around town, we thought there must have been some kind of event going on that we didn’t know about. We asked one of the local shop attendants if there was something happening but she said that was just the regular sort of crowd during the holidays. It was lots of fun actually, everyone seemed to be in that nice holiday mood, just chilled out and enjoying the sunshine with nothing particular to do.
